Located at the end of Whiffen Spit Road just off of the main Sooke Road
North of Town. The Spit extends way out into the mouth of the Sooke
harbour and helps to portect the inner basin. The walk to the light house
at the end is longer than one might think at first glance, so make sure
to carry a wind breaker. This is a great hike and well worth the side trip.
